Setting Up Start of Journey

Hello. To aceive my weight goal i am adopting the Weight Watchers diet approach, mixed with my own way. WW is another way of keeping tabs on how many calories you are allowed to have an then lowerin it a little in order to lose weight. I checked what i was allowed based on current weight and it said i was allowed 33 WW points to maintain my weight. I have decied to lower this all the way down to 25. This is my max allowed points per day, i will not go over this value (eat more then i should)

I will set up my own food base which says what point value each thing is, etc, slice of bread = 1 point. Once i sort this site out i will begin my WW diet.
